What followed was a thoughtful restoration grounded in respect for original fabric, and inspired by a vision to share this place with others.

Our approach was never about renovation for its own sake — it was about revealing the true spirit of the Palazzo. Brick by brick, cornice by cornice, we worked to honour the building’s heritage while ensuring it could function beautifully for modern life. Every board, every moulding and every finish was carefully considered; old materials were repaired where possible, and replaced only where necessary — always with sensitivity to historical detail.

A key part of the restoration was bringing the architecture back into balance: repairing the elegant arches, restoring original proportions, and reinstating design elements that had been lost or altered. In doing so, the Palazzo’s inherent grace — its quiet dignity and Mediterranean charm — was allowed to shine once more.
